PLEASE NOTE: Space is limited. Submitting this application does not guarantee a booth. We will contact you by June 1, 2025 to confirm your space & invoice you for the booth fees.

The information you provide below will be used in publicity materials. Please let us know what you would not like shared in the application form.

Vendor Requirements

  • Vendors will provide their own tent, display booth contents (tables, shelving etc.) for their product to be properly displayed. Boxes and packing crates will not be visible.

  • This is an outdoor show, so vendors must be prepared for any sort of weather (especially wind).  Rain tarps, plastic sheeting, should all be planned for in case of inclement weather. This is a rain or shine show, and participants are required to participate the full length of the event.

  • Booth setup begins at 7am.  Vendors must check in before setting up.  Set up to be complete by 9:45am.  Vehicles should be unloaded and removed promptly to assigned lot.  Breakdown begins no earlier than 5pm.  No early tear downs unless the event is closed due to weather!  

  • All selling activity will be confined to your assigned display area (10’ x 10’).  Please no, a frame signs – walkway must be clear at all times.

  • No sandwich board signs outside your display area.

  • Please do not offer any products for sale that are not routinely sold in your place of business throughout the year, for example: soda, water, candy.

  • Display area will be staffed at all times during show hours.

  • Do not sublet or place any other business or organization in your space, without permission.

  • Provide certification of insurance with both the Fairport Foundation and Village of Fairport listed as co-insured.  Please mail insurances to address below before April 15, 2025.  Placement will not be assigned unless a certificate of insurance is on file.

  • The Village of Fairport, the Fairport Foundation, and individual  merchants will not be held responsible for any theft, loss of property or personal injury suffered during or as a result of participation in Fairport Fiber Festival event.
